Payment Options.

We offer a range of payment options at Applecross House Dental in Matamata because we don’t want cost to add stress to your visit. If you’d like to chat through what might work best for you or you’ve got any questions about payment options or support, just get in touch – we’re happy to help.

  • If you're a Southern Cross member, just bring your membership card to your appointment. We can process your claim on the spot using Easy-Claim, so you don’t have to worry about paperwork later.

  • If you’re on a low income, a benefit, student allowance or pension, WINZ may be able to help cover urgent dental care up to $300. If you need more extensive treatment, we’re happy to provide a quote to support your application for additional government support.

  • ACC may cover treatment costs for dental injuries caused by an accident. We can help by preparing a treatment quote and assisting with your claim form.

  • If you’re an adolescent from Year 9 to your 18th birthday, you’re entitled to free dental care under the Dental Benefit Scheme.
    Children from birth to Year 8 are covered through the School Dental Service. If their school dental clinic can’t complete treatment, they may be referred to us.

  • Orthodontic payments can be spread out over the course of treatment, usually 18–24 months. We’ll talk you through what works best for you.

  • We accept all major credit cards and EFTPOS at both of our practices.

  • For added flexibility, we offer Afterpay as a payment option. A 2% surcharge applies to all purchases made using Afterpay.
